Run by Ken Hancock, involving several Toronto Secondary Schools held this year on May 17, 2007. Ken also runs several other fundraising walks throughout Ontario. We hope to include Halton Schools next year. The students at this Toronto walk began their walk at Queen's Park, Toronto and walked to City Hall, Toronto. There, they shared music, speeches and their hopes and dreams for the women and girls of Afghanistan. Monies raised by these walks go to support the Afghan girls' schools in Afghanistan and in the refugee camps in Pakistan. Luna and Bev from CSAW spoke at this event.
